Pre-Order Policy
Summary of Uptick Pre-Orders:
Items listed as Pre-Orders are not currently in our warehouse and will be arriving at a future date, with only the month as confirmation. The title will almost always state the estimated month we expect to receive and then ship to you.
When ordering such items you agree that the expected delivery date can change due to circumstances completely out of our control. We will keep you informed of expected delivery times, which in certain circumstances may vary widely.
By placing your pre-order with Uptick Collectibles, you are guaranteed and given priority for that particular item(s). All pre-orders will be charged immediately at the time of purchase. Not at the time of shipment.
Why you would want to Pre-Order:
Once a unique and high demand item sells out we cannot guarantee any extra stock will be made available. By pre-ordering you are ensuring that you will get one of the products, even if they sell-out everywhere else. By pre-ordering with us, you are being placed on our list of priority customers for that particular item(s).
How long do Pre-Orders take to arrive:
Typically it takes around 90 days from the time we first list the product for sale. Occasionally, there are very long wait times, even as long as a year to receive these items because of numerous issues that are completely out of our control.
The title will almost always state the estimated arrival month we expect to receive and then ship to you. If you cannot wait for that time, please do not purchase.
When will I get my item:
Please purchase with the understanding that we WILL ship to you once the item arrives from the supplier and/or manufacturer and we'll do our best to process and ship your order by the original estimation.
However, receival timeframes can be pushed back due to factors that are out of our control and we're essentially left waiting to receive our inventory to send to you.
At Uptick, we conduct research to secure our inventory based on demand for specific products. We receive that inventory based on when we placed our order with our supplier--toy suppliers do not provide all their accounts with products at the same time and estimated time of delivery is constantly changing. With that being said, there is no "hard date" that they can provide to us, that tells us when we'd receive our shipment.
Pre-Order Guarantee:
We proudly guarantee fulfillment on our Pre-Orders. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order within 1 year of the item’s release date to the public, we will refund you completely back to your method of payment. The rare instances when this will happen include:- A supplier announces that the particular items have either been discontinued or production has been completely cancelled.
- The items that you have pre-ordered have arrived to us damaged and are no longer available for re-order.
These examples don't happen very often but if/when they do, we will notify and provide you with a full refund.
Purchase Changes After Placing Orders:
Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping, quantities ordered are correct. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the billing address after the order is confirmed and a shipping label is printed. Once you receive a tracking number when we print the shipping label the order can no longer be cancelled or changed in any way.
Pre-Order cancellations and/or refunds:
A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
If your request comes after this period, you can ask to have any pre-ordered item, refunded back to your original form of payment less a 25% cancellation fee since we place a confirmed order with our vendors within 24 hours of your purchase.

By placing a pre-order with Uptick Collectibles, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions stated in this policy.
